Scan code is P0033 which is the turbo bypass solenoid circuit. That's the connector you should remove to get at the filter.

Here's more info on that. Just make sure your gas cap is on all the way. The test for your evap system will have certain run conditions, meaning certain things that have to be a certain way for it to run the test and either set a code or pass it.
