Use impact wrench and remove the nut on front pully. remove the roller basket and hold it together so not to let the rollers fall to the ground. There is a sleeve and a washer/ring. OK so I have a 2002 Suzuki eiger 400 that clicks but won’t start. it has a new battery, new neutral switch relay, new starter solenoid, new starter motor, and all fuses are good. I bench tested the new starter and it spins fine with a known good battery with 220 cold cranking amps.Could be something simple, just a suggestion before you go dish out money on a wiring harness. Use impact wrench and remove the nut on front pully. remove the roller basket and hold it together so not to let the rollers fall to the ground. There is a sleeve and a washer/ring. Then when I hit the 4wd button the light went out which showed the hot wire was no longer getting power. Same as when sliding it into diff lock.
